Jump to navigationJump to searchThe Military Division of West Mississippi was a Union Military Division created on May 7, 1864 to consist of the Department of Arkansas and the Department of the Gulf. Arkansas was transferred to the Military Division of Missouri[1] on March 21, 1865, and the remainder of the Department was discontinued in May of 1865.
