Organized at Madison, Wis., and mustered in March 2, 1865, Moved to Louisville, Ky., March 5-10, thence to Athens, Ala., April 22-24. Attached to 2nd Brigade, 1st Sub-District, District of Middle Tennessee, Dept. of the Cumberland.
SERVICE.--Duty along line of the Nashville & Decatur Railroad until September. Mustered out September 27, 1865.
Lost during service 34 by disease.
