- ↑ Roster 256 lists him as killed in action at the Battle of Bull Run, but this would have happened before the transfer. All NPS profiles list him only with the 1st Artillery. Perhaps he was taken prisoner, name transferred on the rolls, and was later found to have been killed instead. Discrepancy requires further research.
