Attached to 40th Brigade, 12th Division, Army of the Ohio, to November, 1862. 2nd Brigade, 5th Division, Center 14th Army Corps, Army of the Cumberland, to January, 1863. 2nd Brigade, 5th Division, 14th Army Corps, to June, 1863. 2nd Brigade, 4th Division, 14th Army Corps, to October, 1863. 2nd Brigade, 3rd Division, 14th Army Corps, to June, 1865.
SERVICE.--Pursuit of Bragg into Kentucky October 1-20. 1862.
March to Bowling Green, Ky., October 26-November 3, thence to Scottsville November 10, and to Gallatin, Tenn., November 25. Pursuit of Morgan to Glasgow, Ky., December 22, 1862, to January 2, 1863. Moved to Cave City January 2, thence to Nashville and Murfreesboro, Tenn. Duty at Murfreesboro until June.
