Left State for Washington, D.C., October 12, 1861. Attached to Artillery Reserve, Army of the Potomac, to May, 1862. 3rd Brigade, Artillery Reserve, 5th Army Corps, Army of the Potomac, to September, 1862. Artillery Reserve, 5th Army Corps, to December, 1862, Artillery Reserve, Army of the Potomac, to March, 1863.
SERVICE.--Duty in the Defenses of Washington, D. C., until March, 1862.
