- December 28, 1864 - Armed with four 12-lb. Napoleons
- December 30, 1864 - Battery also manned two 8" Mortars, seven 12-lb. Mortars, and five 24-lb. Coehorn Mortars
- January 11, 1865 - Again became an independent battery per Adjutant and Inspector General's Office / Special Order #8
- March-April 1865 - Appomattox Campaign
- April 8, 1865 - Captured as part of Walker's Artillery Column
