- This became the only company ever organized for this regiment
- Served as escort to Major General Earl Van Dorn and Brigadier General Frank C. Armstrong
- July 28, 1864 - near Campbellton
- May 4, 1865 - Surrendered by Lieutenant General Richard Taylor, commanding the Department of Alabama, Mississippi, and East Louisiana, at Citronelle, Mobile County, Alabama
